PRODUCT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Design Your Finances (DYF) products are all in digital format and inorder to protect the integrity of the products and provide a higher quality below are the terms and conditions: 

  • Purchasing: – Your order is processed after your purchase has been approved. Due to the type of payment method used orders are typically processed within one hour but could take as long as 24 hours to complete and process. Your payment confirmation is sent to the email address provided during the payment process and this will also serve as a receipt of purchase.   
  • Downloads: to access your purchased products, your downloads can only be accessed using the same email address used during your payment process. Caution: due to the type of product and in our efforts to maintain product integrity, downloads are closely monitored, there is a limit to the number of times you can download your purchased product/s. Download abuse will not be tolerated and DYF reserves the right to terminate your access from its site.

 

  • Refunds:Due to the type of product and its delivery method, we strongly advise customers to read the product description and have a clear understanding of what they are purchasing. Most of our products are digital goods and accessed through downloads, therefore, we offer no refunds or exchanges. Due to varying circumstances and upon the customer’s request a refund will be issued if the digital product has not been downloaded, and this should be requested within 4 days from the purchase date.

 

  • Usage & Copyright: DYF products were created to improve or enhance processes and or habits and as much as we love sharing, we also love to keep the integrity of the products, as such  purchasing of any products from DYF does not translate to transfer of copyrights or rights but customer agrees to the full terms of use listed below

Permissible methods to use the products only include personal use only and prohibited uses include: 

  • Selling any content or products of DYF in any form.
  • Sharing of DYF product through various media platforms
  • Reproducing and/or uploading products and content from DYF to other platforms
  • Repackaging / editing / modification or duplication of DYF products for any commercial use.
